Not really, though it looks like many of the beautiful fountains in Italy. This one is located in Wade Park on the south side of the world famous Cleveland Museum of Art.

This is Craco, located in southern Basilicata. The town was abandoned in the 1960's after a series of earthquakes and landslides.

These ruins are at Campomaggiore Vecchia in Basilicata, a town that was abandoned in the late 1800’s. There are several “ghost towns” around Basilicata that have been vacated for various reasons.

I found this abandonded tractor on a hillside in the beautiful Lucanian countryside.

Opposites

These two cats look like negatives of each other with their black and white markings. We found them watching us along one of the narrow streets of Trivigno in Lucania.
